Decided to find a copy of this after McAfee's postbecause it's a film with Roy Harper - I used to think he was brilliant and Led Zeppelin were fans as well. It's a strange film - mix of Brit 1960s kitchen sink drama with some very anti-religion speeches and some outdated attitudes to women, plus some 70s hippie overtones. Filmed in London and Brighton, with a brief California interlude near the end. Added a couple of entries, several comments pics and a couple of new mains to clarify IDs, timings and one or two other bits, but it's still mainly McAfee's effort. Rejects: - SAAB corner - in UK, no other glimpse - California sales lot with at least five 1950s RRs/Bentleys, the first two having what looks like UK plates Other stuff: - Whispering Bob Harris from the Old Grey Whistle Test interviewing Roy as they drive round Brighton in the Bentley and then on the promenade - TV, tape recorder and radio - the days when you could go and see Queens Park Rangers at Loftus Road for 30p - and for jfs and Gamer, an entry for imDogEatingSpaghettidb . |

Mk VI/Rtype nearest camera, then a Wraith dhc, a couple of Silver Clouds Series 1 or 2 and finally a maroon S3. No doubt one of my Californian BDC colleagues would remember the site, I’ll ask the forum and revert, in time. Looks like a Jag 420 facing away behind the oval screen beetle. Why the boot rack? Our dogs will eat spaghetti, but we don’t encourage it, a fat dog is bordering on cruelty in our opinion, and dogs will eat most things until the bowl is licked clean. rfs carefully weighs out their Royal Canin schnauzer meal each evening, and they have a teeth cleaning chew each morning. Apart from that, if they want to eat something else, they have to catch it first. -- Last edit: 2019-01-15 09:32:28 |

^ The black sign says B555 or 8555 Intracars, which may or may not be dealer name Slightly later on this drive through the streets, the Capitol Records building in Los Angeles is shown (1750 Vine Street, apparently near Hollywoood Boulevard) Otherwise very little included in terms of distinctive landmarks or helpful signage. |
