I saw this episode last week, I think it's either a Oldsmobile Delta 88 or Cutlass Supreme from around 1980. Not too hot on American cars but it had quad headlights and vertically stacked rear lights.

The car in pursuit prior to the crash scene is a 1988-1992 Dodge Dynasty ('Dynasty' - ironic for a Dallas spin-off ;) )

 There's also a chase between a 2nd generation Lincoln Town Car (1990-97) and a 3rd generation Chevy Camaro (1982-92) in an episode from the 14th and final season.
