 ^ Saw this back in the 80s, it's long gone from my memory, but I do remember enjoying it. It is indeed on my to-see-again list. I don't think I ever saw the sequel, though (also on my to-see list).

Cortina is Mk3, Escort fairly interesting as their locally developed and built version of the RS 2000 - fairly similar to the European spec but various local tweaks. Three colours offered - Diamond White, Venetian Red and Signal Yellow and about 1000 made Nov 78 until ZA Mk2s ended in 81. Probably worth a page if upgraded pic possible.

A bit too much under-cranking and very poor dubbing, but other than that good fun. Not really upgraded to HD, more like pics replaced with larger pics... Added two backgroundmobiles, one of them the Escort mentioned above.
