 The american police cars seen in the first scene are 1975 Plymouth Fury's. There is also a CHP motorcycle and an unknown Step Van.
Most of the British cars are first generation Ford transit's

It's RR Camargue, and BMW is I think [E28].

Camargue is definitely correct, but the bumper and shape of the amber turn signals on the animated BMW look more like an E12 to me. It does have a bigger turn signal like the E28, but I think it's only that way cuz it's animated

BMW M1. You look a few frames before you can see the Mid-engine buttresses and it's distinct rear angular design.
