A long time ago I read Jerry Cotton. Then I had the idea to write a letter because of the incorrect description of the police cars in New York. Everybody knows that they have white cars with red and white Vector lightbars (It was a story from 2006). So I wrote this letter and sent it to "Bastei Lübbe" (it's the publisher of Jerry Cotton). Some days later a letter came to me. It was from Bastei Lübbe. In the letter were a paper and a photo. In the letter they wrote that it is not so important how the cars a described because nobody knows how the cars really are in New York. The photo (I still got the letter and the photo) shows the scene with the 1961 Ford Ecoline. Some weeks after this letter I stopped reading Jerry Cotton because of many unlogical things in the stories. That's what I associate with this movie.
