Eight emotional women with emotional issues go on an Outward Bound survival week in the Lake District and have an emotional time. I got bored fairly quickly. A useful reminder that there were as many duds as diamonds among Channel 4's early output and that just because there's a C4-branded DVD release doesn't guarantee it's worth buying.
