 Sure, it's filmed nearby Berlin. There are several W50 still in use at local fire-fighters. Have you seen the old military-truck between the two abandones Magirus fire engines (surely gifts from Western Germany to the East around 1990/91)? This is a GDR-truck -I just don't know the name- from the early 60ies. Old enough, that you can see these trucks on pictures of the 13.August 1961.
