Unusual and interesting 26 minute college project from a film student as a tribute to her late father (Brian Nelson, owner of the Monte Carlo garage in Dublin) and his 1972 trip to Russia and back (12,000 miles, 14 countries in 26 days)

... in an elderly Ford Anglia Van. Film uses original photo archive (so all captures are from still photos), diaries, animations and reconstructions to tell the story, and then got a limited commercial release and won some festival awards. And Oxford Diecast made a 1:43 model of the van.
