It mentions DI Ray filming around the same time in the same place I think so maybe some misinformation :think:

 The original showrunners were replaced and "extensive reshoots" were done. Perhaps everything filmed in the UK has been discarded.

Quote Amazon Studios chief Jennifer Salke first came up with the idea for the series and approached the Russo brothers and their independent studio AGBO about creating an ambitious, global spy show in mid-2018. The series was originally a partnership between AGBO and the screenwriting collective Midnight Radio, consisting of Josh Appelbaum and André Nemec. However, they departed the show during production in 2021 due to creative differences with the Russos, and David Weil took over as the new showrunner. This change of direction led to extensive reshoots in 2022.[12]

As of 2023, Citadel was the second most expensive series of all time with a budget of US$300 million. This is largely due to the extensive reshoots which took place with the hiring of David Weil as showrunner.[13][14] On March 14, 2023, Prime Video renewed the series for a second season.[15]

Article was 2021, I thin Gag was right there might have been reshoots or it was DI Ray or something else

 I think that the new creative team discarded all the material filmed in the UK. Film Birmingham is the city council's film office so we can reasonably trust what it said.
