The '77 Monte was my first car, got it when I was 16, before I even got my license. I'm 22 now and I still have it, and I have made lots of sacrifices to keep it. Never any major problems, and it's a real cruiser.

The '94 Escort was bought as a college car around April 2003, commuting from Beaver Dam to Owensboro (roughly 60 miles round trip, 3 times a week). The car was bought with my high school graduation money, and wouldn't you know the car blew up only 5 months later. Dropped another motor in that bitch and sold it. I lost around $600. Last Ford I'll ever own.

The '02 Tracker was bought in January 2007. I had just gotten a better paying job several months earlier and decided to retire the Monte and save the car some wear-and-tear. It's been good to me so far.
