Murf32 ◊ 2010-11-03 00:20	A few things suggest that this Econoline isn't stock, the blacked out grille for one, the small lip spoiler under the bumper (why?) and the side mirrors - you look at any E series van that is a standard wheel base, not too many had them, unless the Van at some point in it's life was used for deliveries or as a courier - FedEx comes readily to mind.

Side mirrors were an extra cost option. Most people elected for the standard mirrors. The grille is most likely part of a package as there are other Ecos with black grilles from the 1980s. It may have been added just like the chin spoiler.
