Jersey, in the Channel Islands. Coloured plates (black on white at the front, black on yellow at the back) first appeared in the UK the late 1960s and became obligatory for new vehicles in 1973. I imagine that Jersey adopted coloured plates at around the same time. Link to "en.wikipedia.org" |

1934 3 1/2 litre Bentley would be a reasonable guess. Not sure whose body is on it - there were many builders supplied bodies for these. |
