 I always thought DRLs should have the made for tag in Canada but Antp said no so I'm following his decision :(

 When did that rule change? I admit I'm not on the site as much as I was a decade ago, but don't understand why we would change it for cars that we know did not have the option in the US

but the way ( or did i got wrong as usual ? ) i understand it, would be apllied only with vehicles that has US as origin as they are basically same on both sides of border

Since you are an admin you can view the thread "Relaxing the tightness around 'Made for". Yes there are two. One in the admin only section and one for the general population. Here is Antp's comment in reference to that :

XLT and Limited are equipped with Automatic Headlamps, does this mean DRL in Fordish, or do they turn on at night?

 pretty sure those are DRL
i had a Pontiac G5 as location for a few days that had that feature and if i remember well the parking lights were also on

video from Ford's website
looks like their version is for when there is some light decrease
