 The main pic and the shot with the church are a location in Sweden (the opening scene of the episode was filmed in Stockholm). There's a white lip around the bottom of the grille, which the one that gets hit doesn't have.

 Indeed they used two vans. There is a small additional Mercedes-Benz badge on the hood on the main picture: that one was a real Mercedes then I guess...
(replaced by a Dodge for the inside scenes + crash)

 Dodge or freightliner would not have had a Mercedes grille or Mercedes star in grille. They had different grilles.

 Thank you. I did not know that. Although as both Dodge and Freightliner were owned by Mercedes at the time (and Freightliner still is...) I suppose it's the prestige of the Mercedes name. A Cadillac Escalade has the name prestige but it is still a lowly Chevrolet Suburban underneath. Ah well...

 But the main image is another van filmed on location (and the CVS van is not a Mercedes, it hasn't got a three-pointed star badge on the steering wheel).

As said by Sandie, not for the one of the main pic, which has a different grille with "a white lip around the bottom of the grille" as noted by Gag Halfrunt.
This color-keyed surround means a 2003-2006 model (See Wikipedia.de: "Beim zweiten Facelift im Herbst 2002 bekam der Kühlergrill eine in Wagenfarbe lackierte Einfassung [...]" / "With the second face-lift in Fall 2002 the grille got a body-colored frame [...]". ).
