 C'est une R12 mais visiblement un modèle "local". Surement une Dacia.

 Grill is similar to this from the early 1310, but strange bumpers a'la turkish R12. It is in Romania (sorry I can't recognize these body colours)?

Anyway according to this (first post/number of episode) /movie_76980-Auf-Achse.html it is in Turkey. Now I've found it. :D

 it is really a Renault 12. since 1989, Turkish Renault builder & producer OYAK produced these series named "TOROS". That is the name of mountain-lines in Mediterrian part of Turkey. Although Dacia is similiar to this model, is not the same of Toros. Because Toros is quitely the original kind of Renault 12 except only plastic side-keepers. Dacia has different panels and mechanical parts. Toros is originally the same as 12. And i know that between 1991-1994 Oyak exported hundreds of Toros modes to France, the homeland of Renault, because of high quality produce and inexpensive cost. You can see many Toros in traffic when you travel to North African countries, Russia and some midle-east countries.
