Lots of Thames Valley Police Escort pandas in the film - LBH 243L is the main one and the only white one shown as the others are all blue. Many 70s police forces bought their panda cars in pairs - one white, the other blue (or black in some cases depending on their force livery). They then swapped the doors (and in some cases boots and bonnets) between the cars to create mirrored multi-colour schemes; TVP only swapped doors, ![]() ![]() and then used white cars for urban pandas and blue for rural patrol work LBH 243L ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() LBH = 243L WHITE FORD ESCORT 1100 STANDARD SALOON ✗ Untaxed Tax due: 01 January 1984 MOT No details held by DVLA Date of first registration :16 November 1972 Cylinder capacity (cc) :1100cc Fuel type :PETROL Vehicle status : Not taxed Vehicle colour :WHITE Assorted blue/white door Escort pandas - various J/K/L plates, one with black grille paint ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ... but this film's title is "Anything Can Happen" .... ![]() ..... including a blue Escort with white roof as well as doors.
