dsl ◊ 2016-09-06 15:50	Looks like a suffix plate = 63+ but single minor lights, so early Mk3 seems best bet. Any owner comment??
Chris S ◊ 2016-10-30 15:34	Heritage certificate states 3000 Mark 11. Build date 20-22 February 1963. Originally in Ivory White with black trim. I'll upload some pictures as its being restored

The numberplates on the car during the filming were actually those off my AH Sprite as the C plate on the car made it look too new for when it was supposed to be set. Great to see that the old girl is being restored and getting the attantion that she deserved !!

Please could you let me know if you have any other actual proof / evidence that it was the actual car; or indeed anything you have from when you owned the car. Do you have any other pictures, references or invoices etc. you could send me to substantiate it so I can add to the history file. It would be very much appreciated. Chris S
JonS66 ◊ 2018-01-17 15:19	Hi Chris Had to re-register with a new ID as couldn't remember my login. I don't think I have much more info on the car as I'm pretty sure that I handed it all over when I sold it. I may have some on-set photos from the great train robbery...plus a few other pics that were taken during my ownership which I'm happy to send to you if you can let me have your email address.
