Things which directly suggest Mini Cooper: (1) the (non-standard) door logo sticker (2) ... and that's about it. Maybe the white roof if I'm feeling generous. Things which don't easily match Mini Cooper: (1) the thin bar grille (2) what I can see of the front and rear badging (3) grey colour (4) sill stripes. Definitely 1986+ for side indicators, and generally smells like a 2000 run-out edition where all sorts of trinkets could be added like handlebar bumpers, white sidelights, different grille formats etc, so they are difficult to clearly split. Plus this one has more accessory trinkets to confuse things. As LHD, presumably a Taiwan or Thailand car from the list of locations, and there may have been local market special editions to confuse even further - the cumulative details look pretty close to something like the made-for-EU-only and LHD-only Knightsbridge edition in 2000 which was not a Cooper - the colour is wrong and Knightsbridge had 13" wheels, but otherwise looks very similar. But let's accept (with fingers crossed) the Cooper door logo, so best possibilty may be 2000 Rover Mini Classic Cooper run-out edition as the closest combination of features. Not an absolute solid ID, just my best shot. |

It's in Taiwan. Thailand is a left hand traffic/right hand drive country. |
