From this view, we have no idea if it's a fleet vehicle. The hubcaps aren't visible, and due to the rating, it may just be there to provide as a backdrop for the scene. 1980 since we're not sure |

Hmm, guy with a suit, a plain white Diplomat.... might make me think that it is a fleet vehicle, but that's just a guess. |
