According to this post (written in traditional chinese), this is former NLB's JG6838 (ILS90) which is Asia bodied Isuzu LT132L... http://1005.idv.hk/index.php?page=11&p=271 Koon Chung Bus (NLB's mother company) reserved the plate "JG6838" for use in another bus.
