By what I remember there were more types of DD Neoplans in these times, there were series NH/NB/ND, I guess in second link the N 20 is a simplified name(?).

yes, Weasel1984 both Berolina 'Do-Lux'es are of the NB series of Neoplan DDs

I agree. While the Auwärter Neoplan Fotoarchiv states it's equipped with a MAN engine rather than a Büssing (= NB) one, resulting in the unusual designation "Neoplan NMAN 20 L", the Auwärter Museum uses the simplified "N 20", throws in Type "DO 836 HM 7K" and just mentiones a 132 PS / 6120 ccm Diesel engine. While the latter source is the official Neoplan collection, the first one is often more precise in its descriptions.
