Chieftain??? I don\'t think so... Who ever did this does not know aloat about winnes!! Juging by the look I would say it is a Late 60\'s Brave (1967-1969). First off the Face of the RV almost totaly gives it off as being one of the first accual motor homes winnebago made. The way the girll and lights are different. The point of the hood usally determens the adge of the motorhome too. old winnes had a more of a pointed hood untill around 1973-74 they became more curved.Another off shoot is that the old winnebago braves had a uniqe stripe up above the famous \"flying W\" the stripe being between the windos above the w stripe. the windo stripe died off around 1970 or 1971. Only the braves wore the windo stripe because they were the first winnebago of it\'s kind.(the indinans in 1971 and the chieftains in 73.)This RV is not a cheiftan and deffently not frome 1973. More like late 60\'s.

This is a 1969 model at the oldest Because it has the Trapezoid grill. 1967 and 68' models had a rectangular grill with no slope on the side's, and a 70' at the newest because they did away with the secondary color around the windows and added the secondary color to the lower part below the lower side moldings to all models for 71'.
