1953-57 Bedford A-Type (a.k.a. known as TA). Its german cousin, the 1952-60 Opel Blitz, has a different windshield and a larger grille:

Opel Blitz was a common truck in Sweden. You sure it ain't the Blitz?

There's no need to quote my whole comment, as it was just above yours. I modified this latter accordingly...

As said previously, see the windshield and the grille: for me, they are similar to those of a Bedford model. I'm aware that an Opel truck would sound more logical, but it would be interesting to check Bedford's import history in Sweden. For example, some Bedford trucks sold apparently well in Holland:
DynaMike wrote Bedford was quite popular in Holland, back then.
