Looks like it was officially called "ACO" /vehicles.php?make=International+Harvester&model=ACO&modelMatch=1&modelInclModel=on "ACO-series Sightliners The Sightliners, ACO-195 to ACOF-200 series, were very tall tilt-cab models with extremely-short cabs. The rather homely models were distinguished by small windows in front of the driver's feet and in the bottoms of the doors to aid outward visibility.
