 No, it wasn't built in China. They continued producing the C3 instead, this was most likely imported.

 Seems to be. It seems that some early C4s with the US-spec rear were assembled in China.

 The one in your link is strange, because it looks to be an A6 C4 but it has the 100 rear badge :think:
