 A hatchet custom job that seems have placed the bodywork of a Nissan Y30 Cedric Van atop some sort of 4x4 truck chassis and used the taillamps from a Toyota Master Ace.

 I would opt to call it 'Changcheng' as it's in its home country and not abroad. Plus, the "CC" makes more sense then.
