The grille with the bigger "squares", the sturdy door mirror and the black wheels without the small edges to retain the small hub caps indicates this is a 1968+ MY rather than earlier. The 1966-67 wheels are somewhat different compare with the 1968+ ones which makes it plausable that the 13th thumb shows the same car as the rest. Actually it's likely to be a 1968 MY, only, because it doesn't have the flatter glases on the head lamps introduced in October 1968 as of the 1969 MY /vehicle.php?id=660374 , as of the 5th and 6th thumb. It also doesn't have plenty of chrome on the door frames and is thus no [W 109] as of the 7th thumb. It all makes sence this is a 1968 Mercedes-Benz 280 S or SE. No other alternatives possible.
