If plate = DUL 84, = London 1937.

Grille reminds me of an International Harvester. If so, the chassis & cab were assembled in Liverpool.

From the grille it is a 1938 Hupmobile - very rare car. Headlights have been modified.

My picture book of 1930s stuff in UK (Sedgewick & Gillies) shows this front and split windscreen as 1938 only Model E with 6-cyl and Model H with 8-cyl.
