Also, if it was Euro-spec, it would not have all-red taillights.

Well, they are not all-red, whatever is the non-red part :o Not all cars have a non-red light for that. For example, the late Peugeot 106 S2 models had all-red rear lights, including the back-up lights, cf mine: http://www.antp.be/pic/106_20010814_r.jpg

This is not a Plymouth. This is a 1987 Chrysler Voyager as seen here: /vehicle_339152-Chrysler-Voyager-1987.html Note the amber in the taillights and the european license plate bracket.
