Yes ,with the false airscoop on the hood it is a Kaiser Manhattan Sedan of 1954-1955 ( they were the same car in both years , but only a thousand cars were produced in 1955 versus about 8500 in 1954 , so the probability is higher that it is a 1954 one) |

Actually, there was a slight difference. The 1955 Kaiser had a very slightly revised hood ornament with a taller "fin" on top and 2 or 3 small louvers on each side, but it would take an extreme close up to show it. |
