 Yes @dhill_cb7, that's Tiffany Coach Builders aka. Tiffany Coachworks of Riverside, California. Specialized in over-the-top superstretch party limos and limo buses. No longer with us, filed for bankruptcy about three years ago.

 Safe to assume it wasn't exported new - US-limos in Europe are usually used cars, originally made for the US market.
