Actually it's a Nissan Urvan King (or whatever it is called in Japan) |

The white wagon on the rightis a Nissan Skyline from the '80s. The red coupe is a Mitsubishi GTO, the blue sedan in front of the van looks like an early '80s Toyota Crown. The van looks like the wagon version with tinted windows and stripe etc. Need to do some more research on model name. There will be one on the road here somewhere. |

I believe they were called Caravan or Homy in Japan (E24 internal name). |

I would go along with Caravan. Homy was the commercial version. There was even a GT version of these fitted with a petrol V6. |

Right, but for see if was a Caravan or a Homy should be visible grille pattern,believe(e.g.,in another topic Jun had explained that 1986 versions of those two similar vehicles were distinguishables by grille pattern--criss-crossed bars on Caravan, straight horizontal bars on Homy) -- Last edit: 2007-05-12 15:20:05 |

"TOKYO, JAPAN" I am pretty sure this is actually Nagoya given how I see 栄 and 名駅 being mentioned -- Last edit: 2021-07-02 09:35:20 |

at least they're in the good country.. in a movie i saw a long time ago ( don't remember which one ) the leading character is supposed to land in New York but one of the airport signs says : " Bienvenue à Montréal " in Jackie Chan's Rumble in the Bronx the action takes place in NYC but you see the Rocky Mountains, Hyundai cars that were not sold in US and near the end you can see the BC Place in Vancouver /vehicle_522108-Buick-Regal-1978.html -- Last edit: 2021-07-02 12:48:23 |

I love how Americans think they know one city and instantly the rest of the country. Even Tim Burton. |
