Ràba-MAN,1970 to 1981(use the same F8 cab studied by Saviem together with MAN),believe a 831 6x4 model(made in Hungary--they are so-badged after the ancient name of Gyòr--town where are located plants,1920 est.--when was under Austro-Hungaric Empire, still named Raab, from which Ràba) PS "RABA"is spelled in block stylized letters on front end and doors(few readable 'cause photo was blurred) PS 2 Given that was an Ukrainian location rebuilt in Hungary, those units could be those that belongs at Hungarian truck operator "Hungarocamion"(was the 1st Firm to bought a fleet of Ràba-MAN into Seventies'),'cause those that were of that Firm had always a white band that surrounds cab waistline like that: Link to "forum-macchine.it" -- Last edit: 2007-05-18 23:37:10 |

This is a Rába 838 since it's a 4x4 tractor, and datsunZ has right, it could belong to "Hungarocamion", but I think it belongs to "Volán TEFU" (an other hungaraian truck company) because it don't have that red "Hungarocamion" sign what these machines used to have on there side. |

It has 3 axles, so can't be 4x4. The last axle has singe wheels, juding by the period brochures and other mateirals it is an "833" this case. |
