Plate seems to be JXC 76/78/79 = London Oct 47 to Feb 51, "allocated in blocks".

AEC Regent III RT Roofbox. All 3 taken into service in June 1948, one month after me, RT 713 (JXC 76) to Willesden, RT 715 and 716 (78 and 79) to Catford.

Park Royal coachwork type 3RT3, as new for those buses, but other coachwork fitted on overhaul, all three in 1959. Can't comment further without exact knowledge of which bus, as JXC 79 received a Weymann body on overhaul, but the other two received different, but still Park Royal, bodies.
All three buses sold out of service 10 or 11/64.

That would seem to eliminate RT713, then, as Catford did provide part of the allocation to the 36 route up until 1958 - so the footage appears to have been a couple of years old when included in this movie.

If I had to take a punt, my first impression of plate was JXC 78, so RT715.
