I don't see rocker trim, which would normally indicate Monterey but given the circumstances it might still be a Montclair that has lost its rocker trim or had it painted over.

Is that Park Lane trim on the rear fender or a trick of the light?

If it's not Park Lane trim, that leaves Monterey or Montclair. I don't see rocker trim, which would normally indicate Monterey but given the circumstances it might still be a Montclair that has lost its rocker trim or had it painted over.
