Appears to be a custom body, town car? I agree on the late twenties being European it has different bits than American. Headlights if American would make it a 28 or older. |

It is a Packard fourth series single eight built on the model 443 chassis ( built july 1927 to august 1928).The all weather body is probably European .It ressembles the American convertible sedan built by Dietrich on the 443 chassis but has no third B pillar side window and a divided windshield , no cowl lights but semaphors, and a beautifull left hand spotlight |
