L2000. but in my opinion it is a truck re-registred because the model is no longer produced since 2005. |

http://www.fire-engine-photos.com/picture/number23369 Maybe 2009 is the year it was modified into a hazmat tender ? |

On that site, it's the year the photo was taken. To take a random example from one of the linked photos, here's a British fire engine with a 15 plate that gets "Year: 2017" because the photo was taken at an event this month: http://www.fire-engine-photos.com/picture/number40708 P.S. An even clearer demonstration of what the year field means: http://www.fire-engine-photos.com/picture/number40722 -- Last edit: 2017-09-19 13:01:31 |

1993-00 by the older grille. Gives the plate an exact year or more about it? -- Last edit: 2017-09-19 17:01:21 |

Plate no is F 275...... PS: Only one ''Hazmat Tender'' in Hong Kong...... |

Plates with the F prefix are only for Fire Services Department vehicles. They surely reuse registration numbers to stop them getting unnecessarily long. |
