Commander 57 ◊ 2017-09-19 21:22	Interesting. My understanding that for 1971, the front turn signals were enlarged but also the rear licence plate lamp moved from the bumper to the rear panel. This car has the enlarged indicators but not the latter feature. I believe Checkers introduced alterations as running changes and did not coincide such with precise model year change-overs. This is likely a transitional 1971 model, or possibly an altered earlier one. Will keep as 1971 for lack of a better year listing. -- Last edit: 2017-09-19 21:24:05
