Crestline used one configuration for both E-350/E-450 and ghat was the Commander (158) wb. This information is mainly for 1992-2002 models. This data comes from the wayback machine circa: January 25th of 2003. I'll try to link it so you can play with the site: Link to "web.archive.org" According to Ford's recent commercial dealer brochures E-350 cutaway is the only chassis offered on the 136 WB. So any short ambulances are in fact 100% E-350/[E-350]. Nice!!!
