All of the BG cars in the Thomasville flashback look to be the same models as the four "legends" McQueen meets in this film (except for the generic 40's hatchback from the first film) but with minor changes, such as different grilles, headlight patterns, etc. All the pickup trucks are the same model as Smokey. That also seems to be the case with this van seen twice in the film, once as an ambulance and again as a newsvan.
