 I think, but I'm not totally sure, that the Sedan was introduced in Argentina for the 1997 MY..the majority of 1996 models I can find for sale are hatch..
Also maybe worth of notice that the Corsa doesn't appear in the 1996 top 10 sales table, and of course there is from 1997 onwards.

 I missed that :D I assumed it was introduced late in the year since I saw very few 1996 Sedan on sale compared with the hatch and with 1997s, but this one listed slipped my mind ;) even if it could be a late 1996 plate, but there isn't enough evidence to affirm that. So maybe safer to revert to 1996+ :)
