For the british and other users, The Paramedic is a model derived from the front of a Nissan Elgrand (japanese version of Ford E-series) and the rear of a Nissan Homy, as you can see here. These models are used as ambulances, wheelchair vans and school transports. A toyota hiace as an ambulance would have curved taillights, and a rounder design.
