I'd go for te same XK 120 as in /vehicle_109173-Jaguar-XK-120.html . The XK 140 had a thicker and lower placed bumper, as well as low placed indicators. |

By the thumbnail, it seems to have the painted sidelight housings introduced in October 1952 ( 1953 model year ). |
