As the SAMIL 20 has an open cab I assume that this is the civilian version called SAMAG. SAMAG = South African Magirus SAMIL = South African Military http://www.sa-transport.co.za/trucks/samag.html |

The SAMIL 20 also came in a closed cab - the "20" models never came out as "SAMAGs", as to my knowledge, they did not run on Magirus mechanicals. -- Last edit: 2007-06-20 23:08:07 |
