But are this ( http://www.myschwalbe.com/en/ ) and Polish conversions ( http://www.retroelectro.pl/pl/ ) related business? In case of Polish RetroElectro it is complete reconstruction based on old, revitalized frames and with new electric engines. The one on MySchwalbe site has a little different look, so I bet it is completly new vehicle with retro design (and name). EDIT: My mistake - 1st what came to my mind when I heard "Polish made Schwalbe" was the RetroElectro, but now I see that German Govecs (manufacturer of this new Schwalbe) also has plant in Wrocław - so seems both old (modernized) and new Schwalbes are now made in the same town by 2 unrelated companies ![]() -- Last edit: 2018-01-30 23:26:10 |
