That's a Caterpillar 420F2 IT. It has the newer F2 style of cab and the new F series main boom design. The loader safety prop (The Red bar on the front) is mounted on the bucket tilt cylinders, which are mounted above the boom on the IT version, If it were the standard loader version the safety prop would be mounted on the boom lift cylinder pin boss and would be out of view in this shot.
