 It is firetruck with crew-cabine, it can be exactly:
1) 1958-60 Jelcz 001 GSBA 2000/16 with N-761 body, based on Star A-21 P chassis
2) 1958-60 Jelcz 002 GSBM 2000/8, N-751, Star A-21 P chassis
3) 1960-63 the same what above (Jelcz 001/002), but based on Star A-25 P chassis - but less likely, as indicators next to headlamps aren't visible.
