The first Cadillacs were known simply as the "Runabout" (2-seater) and "Runabout with Tonneau" (4-seater with detachable rear tonneau). The designation "Model A" was used first in 1904 to distinguish it from the new "Model B". If this one was manufactured in 1904, then it may correctly be labeled: "Model A". |
