"Several new and interesting engines were exhibited, with the Aston Martin 5-liter V-8 on John Surtees stand drawing the biggest crowds. This engine will power the Lola 70s at Le Mans this year, although the new Mk3 version of the Lola exhibited at the show was not Aston powered." from http://www.sportscars.tv/Newfiles/racingcarshow67.html with picture. Also interested by the red Mini Marcos with white sill stripes on right. Ignoring the sunroof, I wonder if it inspired Corgi's superb 1968 model (#341) with Take-Off Wheels.
