So in Poland these were known just as "MH" or "MH2". These particular vehicles are of communications troops and were used to transport RKG/A radio stations (3 Renaults per every radio station + one bike). They have early/1st version of bodywork (later ones looked a little different). The 1st test bodies were made by Polsam and PTR and later by PZInż. It seems chassis for radio stations trucks were 1st delivered in 1926, but were bodied in later years.
